• As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, reserving early is recommended.
• Cancellation and refund policies are according to the rules of each hotel. Please check the information in Reservation Link or Form.
• Each hotel’s rates only apply to KoreAnesthesia 2020 participants during our event date.
• The rate for weekdays and weekend is different so please check the date and rates when you make a reservation.
• The reservation must be accompanied with your credit card information to guarantee your reservation. At the end of your stay, the balance will be charged upon check-out.
• All rates are inclusive of Tax and Service Charge.
• Extra person’s charges or extra bed charges are subjected to each hotel’s policy.
• Room rates are fixed in Korean Won.
